Scheduling Your Appointment

We respect your time and always make every effort to remain on schedule. For this reason, we schedule only one person at a time. This allows the doctor to provide personalized care. We have set this time aside exclusively for you. If you are unable to keep an appointment, kindly give us 24-hour notice. This courtesy on your part makes it possible to give your canceled appointed time to another patient in need of care. If you have not already filled out your patient forms, please arrive 30 minutes early to your first appointment so that you have time to complete the forms. Make sure you bring with you a list of your current medications, a copy of your last sleep study and the name, address and phone number of your physician. If you are using CPAP, please know what the air pressure is on your CPAP unit.

Your Concerns About Office Cleanliness and Infection Control

Sterilization is our top priority. We use as many disposable items as possible. As the members of our committed staff have families also, we look on sterilization as a personal as well as professional endeavor. You can be assured that office cleanliness and infection control are our top priority.
